Special Project Design, Construction, Decoration, Animation and Mobilization of Perlis Floral Float at 2008 Malaysia Floral Parade, Dangga Bay. The Float incorporate 5 main seafood items inclusive of crab, clam, squid, fish and prawn representing ever famous seafood in the state of Perlis. The float measured 30 feet length, 10 feet width and 12 feet height constructed with mild steel, covered with sponge and attached with approximately 40,000 flower blooms brought directly from Cameron Highland 's floriculture farm. Floral usage inclusive of fresh cut chrysanthemums varieties, orchids and fern leaves covering more than 90 % of the float. Colour of Harmony finely selected to match this year theme that come in Jison White, Tissue Yellow, Fiji Gold, Fiji Pink, Jaguar Purple, Jaguar Red, Remix Red, Fire Red and et cetera. The float also constructed with simple animation technicalities that continuously moving some parts during parade. Construction of the entire float takes 2 months with 20 men working on site. |
