Sublimation Premier derived from photo sublimation process on premium items for ornamental which is referred to fine, quality work and first rate products such as ceramic, art metal, FRP, fabric and other items occasionally used for Corporate Premium, Advertising, Sports/Events, Commemoration and Gifts.
Literally it became our trade name and branding as producer, importer, exporter, distributor and service provider of Ceramic Products inclusive of Ceramic Mug, Collector's Plate, Decorative Tile, Ceramic Pen Holder, Premium Tea Set, Cold Drink Set, Tableware's Accessories and Dinner Set in blank white wares or with Decal Application and Photo-Sublimation finish exclusively for tourism market, corporate premium, advertising, event, promotion, commemoration, gifts and specific function and not limited to Soft Lines Products such as T Shirt, Cap, Vest, Umbrella and Other Products inclusive of Premium Items such as Plastic Pen, Plaque, Key Chain, ID Card, Lanyard, Bags & Document Folder, Nylon Bag for advertising, promotion, corporate premium, sports / events and give-away items. We are always at the cutting edge of the technologies also develop into producing selected items with DCT Transfer and merchandising newly discovered materials and process for premium items
In domestic sales we are long established and leader in Below The Line Advertising and Promotional Products inclusive of Streamer, Banner, Signs, Outdoor Billboard, Display Materials, special projects delivery and et cetera.
2. What is the nature of your products and process ?
We are producer, importer, exporter, distributor, agent and service provider of Ceramic Products inclusive of Ceramic Mug, Collector's Plate, Decorative Tile, Ceramic Pen Holder, Premium Tea Set, Cold Drink Set, Tableware's Accessories and Dinner Set in blank white wares.
For small and exclusive orders some products went through high resolution digital transfer called photo sublimation process where photo and graphics are printed and pressed on to specially coated items by using heat press which is now triumph over screen printing and decal application and other long established techniques. Similar products and process existed earlier but not being develop into this new dimension of producing corporate premium items until the arrival of it's technology.
However similar process not limited to soft lines such as T Shirt, Cap, Vest, Umbrella and Other Products such as Plastic Pen, Plaque, Key Chain, ID Card, Lanyard, Document Bags and Document Folder, Nylon Bag and other printable materials. Our development and new ventures continued into producing DCT Transfer for ceramic and metal to offer wider choice of premium items selection.
3. How to make a proper order of customized products .
Upon confirmation of order you may send different Graphics (FA) or Photos. If you choose to send FA, your artwork must meet the requirement of the process. Graphic image must be at least 200dpi for ceramic and metal sublimation and 150dpi for fabric pasted at 100% of the template size. It is advisable to save your graphic in Tag Image Format File (TIFF) or TIF File. TIF files are lossless format, isn't compressed and tends to be larger. JPEG Files are 'Loosy' files and some pixel information loss. GIF file is limited to 256 colors. However in electronic transfer images higher sizes of JPEG files are accepted.
Attached your Graphic or Photo and email to: sales@sublimationpremier.com.my To send pictures copied in CD or to send Hard Copy (printed on paper) you may pack and courier to our postal address.
4. Describe in more detail about 'minimum order requirement'.
No orders are too big or too small. There is no MOQ (minimum order quantity) to order our products. However, economic wise and in order to reduce average handling, forwarding and shipping costs per individual piece and to fit in our standard quantity packing, minimum order requirement is crucial. For large quantity order please RFQ (request for quotation).
5. How long it takes to wait for any order ?
Delivery of OUT OF SHELVES GOODS for small orders will be made 1 - 2 working day(s) after receiving payment depending on stock and back orders. Lead time and delivery for CUSTOMIZE ORDERS will be made 7 - 14 working day(s) after confirmation of order depending on stock, production and back orders and delivery for Products MAKE TO ORDER will be notify case by case. Payment is to be made before delivery @ upon confirmation of order.
6. I wish to order products with exclusive design and graphics for my own market.
Contact us, email us your name/company, contact number and postal/delivery address to register as Sublimation Premier Partner. No fees required. Being a Dealer, Reseller or Local Representative you are entitle to purchase our products at DEALER'S PRICE to resell it at second-tier price and you will be guided to solicit orders on part of SUBLIMATION PREMIER or developed independently into your own entrepreneurship.
7. I'm from other country to order your products.
We are carrying products that are licensed for delivery to ultimate destination. All orders from all corners are welcome. We are among few companies dealing with ceramic products and premium item's end-products which offer prices relatively cheaper compared to anywhere else. For international RFQ, price will be quoted in USD. Transactions in USD only.
Customers from outside Malaysia have to contact us to verify the foreign exchange rate, bank charges, handling, forwarding and shipping charges immediately before making orders. Price will be quoted for Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). We will not be responsible for the tax and levy in shipping to customers in countries charging tax or levy.
8. In case make use for food serving, are your ceramic products save in microwave oven and dish washer.
All our white ware products marked as tableware's are imported or carted-in from factories and suppliers are of vitrified porcelain properties and microwave oven and dish washer safe. Our long established ceramic products such as Regular Mug, Premium Tea Set, Cold Drink Set, Tableware Accessories and Dinner Set that went through decal firing method are lead free and suitable for food serving, microwave oven and dish washer safe items.
However for ornamental purpose and sublimation process, in its downstream process, the blank white wares are re-coated with layer of reinforced polymer substance and cured at lower temperature. Sublimation Premier's Collector's Plates, Ceramic Sublimation Mugs (excluding decal firing mugs) are for ornamental, for appreciation and kept as Premium Items, Commemoration, Gifts and Et Cetera, not for food serving and not a microwave oven and dish washer safe.
9. How is delivery being made .
Delivery will be made after receiving payment. Most of shipping for small orders are via courier services. Your delivery address must be in full and correct. Post Office Box Number (P.O. Box) is not a valid delivery address. International destination shall be written in English. Immediately after your goods being picked-up by courier services company we will acknowledge you the consignment tracking code so that you will be able to track your items online.
Our price quoted are DDU and we will not be responsible for the tax and levy after items shipped to customers in countries that are charging tax or levy.
However goods delivered to international destinations may be open on it's way for inspection and assessment by authorities concerned. Any shortage or non delivery must be notified within 7 days upon receipt.
10. Money-back guaranteed and return of goods ?
Goods sold are not returnable. The products delivered (especially CUSTOMIZED ORDERS or GOODS MAKE TO ORDERS) are considered exclusive items and we cannot resell it to anybody else.
