BUFFET TEA SERVICE

The most suitable way to serve many guest with tea, cake, pastry and bread at a time is buffet tea. To plan and manage buffet tea are described as below:

REQUIREMENT:

  • Prepare a buffet table.
  • Arrange Tea/Coffee Cups (Stackable Cappuccino Cups are preferred), Saucer and Tea Spoon round the table edge.
  • Prepare Side Plate and Cake Fork.
  • Place Ashtray (not recommended for indoor and non-smoking area), Milk Pot and Sugar Bowl and other Tableware's Accessories at the centre.
  • Place and arrange any cakes, pastry, bread or ala-carte dishes and suitable plates on buffet table. Place Tea Pot and Coffee Pot on dumb waiter (or separate table ).
  • If liquid creamer or milk used, pour creamer or milk about 5 minute before inviting guess to take a drink.
  • When guest arrived (or after speech event if any) serve the drinks.
  • Always offer and ask if anyone want refill.

Buffet tea service is easy to prepare but required skill in preparing attractive dish.
