Banquet/Buffet Cover is a space provided on dining table where Crockery and Cutlery arranged in place for use of 1 person excluding Milk Pot, Sugar Bowl or Sachet Container and other Tableware's Accessories will be jointly used placed in the middle of the table.
One Cover may take 20” – 30” length. To measure and prepare 1 cover, begin with placing Side Plate on the extreme left and Cutlery for use in first course on extreme right. Add cutlery for use in second course followed by main course and arrange one by one inward. Crockery and Cutlery must be prepared according to menu. All Crockery and Cutlery must be placed about 1” away from the table edge.

Place Knife on the right side with cutting side facing left.

Fork on left facing upward.

Spoon facing upward.

Side Plate is to be placed on extreme left.

BB Knife may be placed on the Side Plate with cutting side facing left.

Place Glass about 1” after Knife end point.

Place Cocktail Fork or Cake Fork on the right side

Dessert Knife or Desert Spoon at in front of Cover with cutting side facing left and inward.

Immediately below place Desert Fork facing upward.

Napkin may be placed on Side Plate in the middle of the cover or behind Side Plate.
